Looks like a deal on the house
We exchanged a few emails. We have a figure. On the very high side of what we wanted to spend, but for the property is I think still a good deal. And we're good.
So unless we find something really awful during inspections, I think we're good. She's got a real estate attorney and we're going to set up an appointment for a purchase and sale with enough contingencies to terrify most sellers and probably going to start moving things in the 15th.
