There is no heat in the town hall I work in. I don't mean it just went out. I mean after turning it off for the weekened, it remains off. Zero heat.

Did the DPW have to mound 3' of heavy slushy icy snow in front of our driveway? I understand they want to "widen" streets, but enough.
