So let's see what I've noticed.

I was...well actually its sort of embarrassing... I was wiping coffee off my chin. Geez, until I have coffee I'm really uncoordinated. Anyway, I noticed that my chin still tingles when there's a lot of pressure on it.

I guess I should note that the double chin thing due to my trach shave scar is gone. Unfortunately, I've put on a lot of weight, so the double chin isn't gone entirely. It just has a more common reason for being there. *sigh*

I still have some nose issues. There's like an out of place flap in my left hand nostril. I think I've mentioned it before. Its not a big deal. But it's there and if I get congested it can be somewhat irritating.

Heading to the boobs, everything there is good. The scars in the armpits are visible and they're probably going to be. They're not horrible,but they're there. My breasts look, I think, really good and natural when I'm clothed. They're a little overstuffed if I'm nude. There's no pain left or anything and I have great sensitivity. *smiles*

Going to the deep south it's not so good news. I am peeing straighter, but it's still not so good. I think my inner labia might have done some inappropriate fusing while healing. I figured this out and I've been prying them apart in the shower and making sure they get rinsed out. They are less defined than they were. And they're quite rigid. I think this is all just a function of having so little to work with. The Dr warned me I might need secondary labiaplasty.

That stupid suture on the tip of my labia is stil bothering me. The suture is gone externally, but somewhere it's still hitting a nerve. That doesn't mean that the sutures in general have fallen out, they're still all over the place. I'm getting sort of tired of it, hence my joking reference to my frankenpussy yesterday.

If I get aroused, my clit still hurts. I think it may be related to the labia fusing a bit. I might be just a little too cramped in there for the little girl.

The rest of the upper structure seems ok. I had a bit of bleeding from the edges of my inner labia but I think everything is ok. I've been putting anti-biotic cream on it for other reasons and I'm hoping that will help.

No orgasms yet, I just haven't felt like trying. Not an arousal issue, but a pain one--that same stupid suture on the tip of the labia--it's right over my clit and the easiest way to stimulate it is by rubbing it through the labia. I'm not particularly sensitive when I have explored. Certainly nowhere near the hit the ceiling levels I had in hospital. I think there's enough there to eventually orgasm. But everything there is alive I think.

The big problem remains the labia just north of the vestibule of the vagina itself. These have a large graft of scrotal skin and have been an issue since I had surgery, getting chafed and sore. It happened again, to the point where sitting down was difficult. The only time I've had this kind of thing before was when I had a fungal infection, and the conditions for that kind of thing are very good, so I'm treating them with some anti-fungal cream to kill whatever might be there, plus an antibiotic cream to encourage healing. It's gone in three days from too horrible to contemplate to fine. I'm not sure which one is responsible. But I'm going to continue with both for a while.

Dilation is dilation. I still have a hard time with intial insertion, but can reach depth of 6" or so without much problem. I'm stil on the Duratek 3. That's mostly due to laziness. I'm just not being aggressive enough. I put in my 15-30 minutes with #3 and I just don't want to deal with then moving on to the #4.

In general, I'm just tired of it and wish it would heal. I don't think I'm sorry that I had surgery because clothes fit correctly and such. (I can't tell you how wonderful it is to pull on a pair of sleep shorts and see a smoothness there.) But it's an enormous pain in the butt (or someplace slightly anterior LOL) and I'm just tired of dealing with it. I also am coming to the conclusion that I should have labiaplasty and even with a built in trip to Thailand, I just can't face more surgery.
