This isn't justice
Sep. 12th, 2005 06:49 pmA jury convicted two of the three defendents of second degree murder in the hostage taking and torture death of Gwen Araujo. How something can not be premeditated when you discuss the killing in advance and leave the premises to get shovels to bury the body while the victim is still alive escapes me. There was a mistrial in the case of the third murderer.
Hopefully the judge will see what the jury couldn't and give them the maximum sentence. They deserve far more.
