So I woke up at 3am this morning and just couldn't get back to sleep. Around 4 I realized I wasn't just awake, but I was wide awake, and gave up and got up. Mainly, I think, nervousness about buying the house. There's something about doing this without a realtor that is paranoia inducing. I can't for the life of me think of why I need one. I have all the sales data, the assessors records, and all that--free and clear on the web.
