I usually stick around in Empire space at the moment (what my corp does, basically!) in Heimatar, though our corp has been receiving the occasional overture from BoB to move to 0.0 ...
I went to a recent EVEmeet in London (look on the boards for news/pics) and it was roughly 1 woman per 12 men boys. Well, actualy the age range wasn't quite that bad ;-P As it happens the main players in my corp include 6 women to about a dozen men (quite a few of whom are gay) and we all know each other IRL or at one step removed IRL.
