The bathroom paint was a disaster. It was peeling and the paint under it was peeling or uneven. They did a full sand down, patch, and mud. Now we're on a coat of oil primer. And then they'll be back this afternoon to do the actual paint.
So it's not just a fresh layer, it's really redoing the paint.
