What's been up...

Let's see. I was woken up this morning at around quarter to five by an enormous storm. At 5:30, I was still nowhere near sleep so I just gave up and got up. Now I'm paying, feel all fatigued and icky.

Things in Egypt keep going well. There was some stupid arguing between a couple of the guys. Goddess, give it up and just get a ruler. It honestly left Janna and I laughing. Even though there was some real stuff being discussed, the way it played out was just such a stupid argument in the way that only two guys who can't give an inch will get into.

I'm now level 10. Yesterday afternoon I passed the worship initiation, the principal of the obelisk, and then I went into town this morning and picked up an insanely easy test which I finished just by learning something from a university. And I now have both navigation and exploration travel, so I can teleport back and forth to town. Our compound grows. We have mines going. And a healthy supply of sheep. We could use a male camel, we got a second but they're both female. Tonight's aim is to learn to mine and to finish up my harmony init by meeting and grandson and granddaughter of an oracle.

My Eve corporation is breaking up (blah), but what can one do. I'm not playing anyway, so it gives me a good excuse to wander off. I've certainly learned a great deal and I feel so much more comfortable in 0.0. So it was a good experience. I think if I end up playing something "sideways" to ATITD, it's likely to be EQ2. I'm intrigued by the betrayal. I've wanted to make Kathliene a necro for quite a while. For now though, ATITD just keeps doing it for me. I can't wait for the official retail launch, even if it does mean restarting.
