Well, I took today off to watch the US Match. Why did I decide to start a diet before this? No drinking or snacking during a soccer match? It'll be a miracle if any of my already battered and unpainted fingernails are left at all. At least I'll get my daily exercise pacing.

Since Janna had tomorrow off I took that as well, so I have a pleasant four day weekend. I do have this vague sense of doom from work though. I'm not sure what it is, but I just have this feeling the phone's going to ring.

Let's see what else is going on. It's just beautiful here on cape. Perfect weather as far as I'm concerned. Hot enough to feel "warm" during the day, but cool enough not to feel hot even with light exercise and cool at night. It's been sunny, we're supposed to get thunderstorms today, but it doesnt look like it to me.

The diet is the diet. I'm finding that I'm not hungry with it. I don't really trust all this carb stuff, so I'm also watching my intake of calories and it seems to be low enough. But I don't particularly feel hungry. I do have cravings for carbs though. They come and go and aren't obsessive. But give me two weeks and I'll probably kill someone for a plate of spaghetti.

My registration materials came in the mail for BU. That's kind of scary :) I need to fill those out and we need to get our bottoms down to a local bank, which seems to have the best rates for loans. The latter is also starting to get imperative because my tracker is clearly not in the best of shape and I'm starting to get nervous about driving off cape with it.
