I hate citibank. I mailed them all my documentation to change the name on my two credit cards. They changed only one. I called back and they said the other had been changed and I would receive it soon. That was a month ago, I got my bill and it's still in my old name.
I call. They acknowledge that they must have had my information because they changed the other card, but won't change the other unless I mail them all the documents again. And they claim they have no fax number.
