Moving Right Along

And as we move right along, we have our marching orders. We are going to "price to sell" under 200k and there's a reasonable chance we can get more than we were expecting.
But the big thing is we are going to blitz some packing and painting, try to stage the house while we're living in it, and have an open house Columbus Day weekend.

Walls MUST be painter's white, all traces of individuality MUST be removed, etc. etc. We kind of noticed it was different here when we looked at pictures of other homes and there were these god awful paint schemes and such that any realtor in DC would have forced the homeowner to paint over or not taken pictures.
Still have to have it very clean and we're going to be out of the house for an entire afternoon with a Nora and two cats which will be "interesting"
